Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is about being seen and accepted as you are, without pressure to be anything different. I specialize in grief, loss, and life transitions, with a background in hospice and foster care, and I also support pet loss and other often unseen forms of grief.

My work is relational and grounded in real connection, with attention to both what you’re going through and the deeper patterns underneath it. You can show up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational at its core, because healing happens in connection.

I pay attention to both what’s happening in your life now and the deeper patterns underneath it - the parts of you that are carrying, protecting, or trying to make sense of things. My work is influenced by grief-informed care, parts work, and depth-oriented perspectives.

We’ll move at your pace, without pressure to rush or “figure it all out.” I’ll meet you with honesty, curiosity, and care - so this can be a space where you feel understood.

What you can expect from me

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I don’t expect you to show up any certain way.

You can come in exactly as you are - we’ll start there. Our first session is about getting a feel for what it’s like to sit together, what you’re carrying, and what support might look like for you.

My goal is to create a space that feels steady, real, and human - where you can be honest and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
