Great to meet you!

Christina Robles identifies as a bilingual spanish-speaking trauma-informed therapist specializing in the treatment of adults with anxiety, depression, and C-PTSD. She utilizes a mindfulness and experiential approach, and is trained in ketamine-assisted therapy as one of the few marriage and family therapists in the Sacramento area currently practicing psychedelic-assisted therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach my work with clients from an appreciation of human diversity, and cultural/spiritual humility, using a blend of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, solution focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

I am trained in holotropic breathwork, work with transpersonal states of consciousness, and employ a variety of stress-reducing somatic-based techniques and coping skills to help alleviate the symptoms and anxiety and depression.
