Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christina, and I believe therapy works best when it feels real, human, and—sometimes—a little humorous. I use a trauma-informed and narrative approach to help clients make sense of their stories and find new ways to move forward. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative; I view therapy as a space where you can safely explore the aspects of your past that still resonate today, while also discovering your resilience and inner strength.

My approach to therapy

I approach my sessions with a calm demeanor, always considering my client and their needs during our time. I'm personable, solution-focused, and flexible. Establishing a relationship with my client and working collaboratively is an essential strength of mine. I hold my clients accountable while supporting them on their journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a relaxed and welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you—not just your struggles, but your strengths, your story, and even a few laughs along the way. My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and often sprinkled with humor to make the process a little lighter and more human.

We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and what’s been getting in the way of your peace or healing. I take a trauma-informed approach, meaning we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your experiences. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling understood, supported, and maybe even a bit more hopeful about the journey ahead.
