I use a trauma-informed and narrative approach to help clients make sense of their stories and find new ways to move forward. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative; I view therapy as a space where you can safely explore the aspects of your past that still resonate today, while also discovering your resilience and inner strength.
