Hello! I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in NJ. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families from diverse cultures/backgrounds and adverse experiences. Some challenges my clients face include depression, anxiety, trauma, gender/sexuality identification, suicidal ideations, self-harm, difficulties with self-esteem, and conflicts within relationships.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, which means I aim to understand you as a whole person, including your physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual well-being. I take into account your past experiences, current stressors, trauma, and unique circumstances. My approach isn't a one-size-fits-all; I use a variety of therapeutic techniques.
During our first session, we will discuss current issues and limitations. I value taking the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. My goal is to provide my clients with support, compassion/empathy, and guidance to deal with life’s challenges. We will always work at your own pace and where you are at emotionally. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to explore and grow, all while achieving your personal goals.
