Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Christina and I graduated from New York University with my masters in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness in 2020. My education and experience in the field made me understand the importance of community, and support not just in mental health but in our day to day.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered around the idea that mental health is a holistic pursuit. We are impacted by societal structures both good and bad, and we can all benefit from support and community.

What you can expect from our first session

From day one my goal is to help you build the skills and confidence you need to live a fulfilling life. We will focus on what you are coming in with, and what you want to look different to build a pathway for your healing.
