Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, health-related concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating periods of change, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm and want a place to better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded. I also have specialized experience helping individuals and care partners adjust to chronic or serious illness, including the impact these experiences can have on identity, relationships, work, family roles, and future plans.

My approach to therapy

As a Clinical Health Psychologist with roles at Mass General, Harvard Medical School, and the National Center for Health Psychology, I offer a warm, collaborative, and tailored approach. Together, we use evidence-based tools to help you manage difficult emotions, build self-compassion, reflect on what matters most, and take steps toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist matters, and it can be helpful to start with a brief conversation. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like the right match.
