Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, trauma, or ongoing challenges start to pile up. You might notice anxiety that won’t quiet down, low mood that lingers, difficulty managing anger, or patterns that keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change them. These experiences can be connected to trauma or loss, show up during major life transitions, or be influenced by family conflict, substance use concerns, or changes related to aging and memory.

If you’re feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and strengthen your ability to cope. I work with children and adults who are ready to better understand what they’re carrying and begin making meaningful, sustainable changes.

My approach to therapy

I’m a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting children and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, substance use concerns, behavioral challenges, and family conflict. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. In practice, this means we focus on practical tools to help you better manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while also addressing the deeper experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive space to reflect, heal, and gently explore patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I see clients Monday through Friday and aim to create a steady, respectful environment where growth feels possible and supported.
