Great to meet you!

Hi - I'm Nina, i love what i do and ive been in the field of helping others for almost 20 years. working in non-profits, treatment centers and ministry before starting private practice in 2015. I specialize in helping others really know themselves, be honest, face reality, heal and grow. I love teaching others how to think more critically about their patterns and habits to move into healthier lifestyle choices that bring overall increased fulfilment and vitality.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As far as my style i would say that i like to meet each client where they are at. My approach varies based on client need. Some thrive with cognitive behavioral therapy, others need deeper trauma work, while others need to learn balance, self compassion and boundaries, though many need a combination. I collaborate with each of my clients to listen to what they want to get out of our time together.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal is for you to reach your specific goals whether that is to have less stress, better relationships, more inner contentment, or work on improving depression, adhd, anxiety or something else. I want to listen to you and encourage you toward healing, reality, and overall living better.
