LGBTQIA+ and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

My experience includes working with clients struggling with issues surrounding identity development, anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, relationships, grief and adjusting to life transitions. Central to my practice, is a strong focus on grounding and mindfulness. Additionally, I have achieved Level 1 and Level 2 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am especially passionate about helping clients have more fulfilling and healthier relationships in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a space to slow down, to be present and to fully connect to ourselves and our experiences. I'm an LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware therapist. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship, promoting authenticity and honoring each client's intuitive sense of what they need. My therapeutic style is warm, nurturing and compassion-focused. I show up for my clients and promote their intrinsic ability to show up for themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

In my work with clients I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, gain insight, and collaboratively explore coping tools. I believe in moving at each client's own pace and meeting them where they are in the process.
