Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. I graduated from Fordham University and have been in practice for 5 years.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I use approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, while tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

Most importantly, our first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I’ll answer any questions you may have about therapy and work with you to develop goals and an approach that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. I’ll also learn more about your background, current concerns, strengths, and the areas of your life you would like to improve.
