Anxiety and Stress

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with veterinary and healthcare professionals and the unique stressors they face on a daily basis. I strongly believe in the importance of creating a healthy work-life balance and effective boundaries that allow you to flourish. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker; I attended and Boston University and received my Masters in SW from Simmons University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I aim to meet you where you're at. I believe in a collaborative approach where we work together on your therapeutic journey. Therapy is not a one-size fits all approach and I pull elements from different therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to create a safe space for you, so you can begin to heal and live the life you want.

What you can expect from our first session

When working with me, you can expect a collaborative and understanding approach. Our time together will be a safe space for you to share, without judgement.

For veterinary and healthcare professionals, you can expect therapy with someone who understands what it's like to work in the field. I believe that what you do for a living is just one part of who you are and I will focus on treating your whole-self.
