Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you have spent years caring for others, pushing through stress, or feeling misunderstood. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I have a particular interest in supporting women with ADHD, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions. My professional background includes inpatient mental health and substance use treatment, outpatient medication-assisted treatment, and family-based mental health services. I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University, have been a licensed social worker since 2013, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2024.

My approach to therapy

My style is compassionate, direct, and down-to-earth. I use CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you better understand your patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. Therapy will be tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about what brought you to therapy and what you would like to change. You will not need to share everything at once or have it all figured out. Together, we will identify your goals and decide how I can best support you.
