My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Business Education and a Master’s in School Counseling. I am also a Pa Certified K-12 School Counselor, currently working with students 7th through12th Grade. With over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families, in various settings I have spent the last four years providing online therapy part-time while working as a full-time School Counselor.

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults, offering guidance in areas such as anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, anger management, stress management, and life transitions. My expertise is not limited to these areas, and I am committed to helping clients navigate a variety of personal and emotional challenges.

I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques to create a professional and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to work through their concerns and build lasting change.
