Great to meet you!

I'm Christina (she/her), a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience supporting adults through identity, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, not just as an affirming provider but as a Queer person who understands what it means to move through the world with resilience, difference, and complexity.

If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or carrying pain that won't let go—even when things appear "fine" on the outside—therapy can help. My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. We'll slow down, take a look at what’s been holding you back, and start to shift what no longer serves you. I also provide gender-affirming surgery assessments grounded in care and respect, not gatekeeping.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me starts with curiosity. I want to understand you, your story, and the parts of your life that feel hard to carry. I don’t rush the process. I meet you where you are and move at your pace, with care and clarity.

I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. Whether you’re navigating recovery, questioning your identity, or working through long-held trauma, our work centers on healing, clarity, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Many clients say they feel a sense of relief after our first session—not because everything is fixed, but because they finally feel seen. You’ll find a calm, collaborative space where your experiences are taken seriously and your insight is trusted.

We’ll begin by exploring what brings you in and identify what feels most stuck. Together, we’ll begin untangling the pain and patterns that have weighed you down. Therapy with me isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about reclaiming your story and rebuilding on your own terms.
