Great to meet you!

My desire for helping college students find their passion began when I started taking college courses. I had a unique perspective as a Military wife and led to my passion in helping spouses, military members and veterans. I also gained experience working with clients from young children onward in schools, play therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, domestic violence and group therapy. I provided counseling services in nursing homes and the Glick House at the University.

My approach to therapy

Problems begin when relationships begin to be impacted. Symptoms appear as a protection until the problem begins to overtake our thought process. Counseling can be an exploration of strengths, skills and resources. As change begins to happen it is important for me to hear despite these challenges hope begins to return. A positive mindset begins with seeing yourself as a strong, confident person that has taken a step in putting themselves as a priority.

What you can expect from me

I want to have a conversation that leads to strategies and tools that has helped you to survive despite all of life’s challenges. Focusing on the future can help to design a new chapter to client’s individual story. A conversation begins in counseling of a detailed descriptions of client’s best hopes.
