I did an internship at a non-profit that provides services to victims of crime, worked at the Travis County Crisis Hotline, was the sexual assault counselor at HCWC, did admissions at a couple of Psychiatric Hospitals and was a counselor at Plumeria counseling center.

My area of focus is Trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I am person centered, flexible and open minded. I like to use a combination of CBT, Mindfulness/DBT, EMDR and Internal family systems. I will work with you to meet your specific goals and help you heal from past trauma.

What you can expect from me

I will work hard to tailor the counseling experience to fit your unique personality and together we can start the healing process. If this sounds good to you email me at [email protected] and we can set up a free 15-minute consult to see if I am a good fit for you.
