I have been a therapist for 11 years and hold a received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron & am a licensed clinical counselor in the state of Ohio with supervisor designation.
I work with clients ages 13+ struggling with: sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, adoption, adjustment disorders, partner/spouse issues, PCOS/hormone issues, transgender concerns in youth & adults, & the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have experience with narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, & more.
