Great to meet you!

When emotional challenges begin affecting your relationships, family life, or ability to feel like yourself, it can be difficult to know where to start. I work with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, family issues, and stress management challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or struggling with conflicts that seem impossible to change. Whether you're facing difficulties within your family, navigating life transitions, coping with overwhelming emotions, or trying to strengthen your relationships, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you better understand what is happening, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change that supports long term wellbeing and stability.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered to create positive change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and family centered, creating a space where clients can safely explore challenges while building practical tools for everyday life. I utilize Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Modification techniques to support lasting growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, family concerns, ADHD, PTSD, grief, anger management, cultural identity experiences, stress management, and relationship challenges. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and focused on helping you improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and empowering environment where you feel comfortable exploring challenges honestly while receiving encouragement every step of the way. I strive to create a space where individuals and families can openly discuss difficulties, identify solutions, and build on their strengths. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, family conflict, bipolar disorder, or major life stressors, my goal is to help you feel more connected, resilient, and equipped to create positive change both individually and within your relationships.
