Great to meet you!

I have dedicated most of my education and professional training over the past 20 years to developing my knowledge and skills in the area of mental health. I consider myself a generalist and have received intensive training focused on a wide range of patient populations (e.g., women, veterans, couples, lgbtq) and presenting concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a collaborative approach to therapy that starts with developing a clear understanding of your goals, and discussion of treatment options that are most effective or pertinent in that area. We check-in regularly to ensure we're on the right path. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, culturally informed, and aimed at helping you develop skills and insights that can translate to meaningful change in your life.
