Great to meet you!

I am an experienced psychotherapist who helps individuals, couples, and families work through a wide variety of psychological and interpersonal struggles. I have specific training and experience working with depression and anxiety, couples, adolescent issues, substance abuse and dependency, and sexual identity difficulties. I worked in human resources for more than ten years, and find this experience very valuable when working with clients who are having difficulties in the workplace.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to fit each individual or couple I work with. Every person has different needs/learning/coping styles. I am a therapist who will help guide you and offer you input when asked. We will work together to make sure you are getting what you need from our sessions.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, I will learn what your goals and objectives are. We will discuss how to reach those goals and come up with a game plan. I believe that people have a desire to live their best life, and I love to help clients reach their objective!
