Great to meet you!

My approach to mental health care is warm, holistic, and solution-oriented. I believe meaningful care begins with truly listening and creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I look beyond symptoms to understand the whole person, including your experiences, relationships, physical health, lifestyle, and personal goals.

Together, we will develop a practical and individualized treatment plan that supports your overall well-being. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with compassion, collaboration, and shared decision-making. Whether we are exploring medication options, lifestyle changes, coping strategies, or other supportive resources, my goal is to help you better understand your mental health and identify solutions that feel realistic and sustainable.

I strive to create a judgment-free environment where we can work together toward greater stability, confidence, and an improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, holistic, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe mental health care is more than treating symptoms—it is about understanding you as a whole person and recognizing the experiences, relationships, physical health, lifestyle, and circumstances that may affect your well-being. I value creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify your goals, and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and other supportive approaches. My goal is for you to feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to care. You can expect a warm, conversational, and judgment-free environment where you have time to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. We will discuss your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle, relationships, and other factors that may be affecting your well-being. From there, we will work together to identify your needs and begin creating a personalized treatment plan. I want you to leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your care.
