Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) who works with individuals facing substance use and compulsive gambling disorders. I use motivational interviewing to help clients strengthen their motivation for change and meet them where they are in their recovery. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to build lasting recovery.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate therapist who believes that every person struggling with addiction is worthy of recovery and the opportunity to rebuild a meaningful life. I strive to meet clients exactly where they are in their journey, offering support without judgment and recognizing that change happens at different paces for everyone. Through trust, empathy, and consistency, I work to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals facing addiction find hope, develop resilience, and move toward lasting recovery.
