Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and former Clinical Social Worker, and my work is guided by empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit. I help people navigate a wide range

of challenges—including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, ADHD, and OCD—always with the belief that treatment works best when it’s a partnership. I enjoy working with

clients who are ready to engage in the process, and together we create a safe, collaborative space to explore what’s possible.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I combine evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing with a whole-person perspective that values your story, your strengths, and your goals. I know that seeking mental health care can be intimidating—especially if you’ve had difficult experiences in the past—and I honor the trust it takes to take this step.

What you can expect from me

The world can feel overwhelming, especially during times of change or crisis. My role is to offer both the clinical expertise and the kindness you need to feel supported as you work toward your goals. We’ll focus on practical steps that lead to meaningful, lasting change. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel more empowered, connected, and hopeful about your future.
