Great to meet you!

I'm a License Professional Counselor with over 12 years experience. I work with adolescents and adults who are having problems managing their life journey. I have extensive experience working in the following areas: anger management, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, conflict management, building healthy boundaries, relationship communication, sexual addictions, and more.

I have a Masters degree in Community Counseling. I truly love helping people find their way to a healthier life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to treatment but I'm also skilled in dialectical behavioral therapy. Together we will create a plan that works best for you and your treatment goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that each session helps you get one step closer to your goals. There will be some great days and some hard days but I'll be with you each step of the way. You won't do it alone.
