Are you a trans person in Texas looking for a therapist who will affirm your identity and take your concerns seriously? I understand and want to help! As a queer person myself, I love working with the LGBT+ community and people in polyamorous/CNM relationships. I also enjoy working with individuals who are questioning/leaving their faith or have experienced religious abuse/trauma. I am also very comfortable helping people navigate and cope with complex medical issues, chronic illnesses, life transitions, relationship challenges, and general life stressors.

My counseling style is compassion-based and client centered. I draw from many theoretical frameworks based on the needs of my clients. I lean heavily on ACT, Narrative, and Existential Therapy, among others. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where my clients can be their authentic selves and reach their full potential.

I have specific interest helping people find purpose and meaning in their lives in spite of the challenges they are faced with. I am a strong advocate for bodily autonomy and challenging systems of oppression. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I'd love to help you make the most of it.
