Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the first step! The first step is always the hardest. Together we address these issues and find solutions so you can feel empowered and less burdened. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 30 years experience working with mental health and addictions. I work children, adolescence, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

Everyone's story is unique and therefore is looked at individually. When we work together, we’ll act as partners in your journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in this relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. Having someone walk along side you in your journey is always easier than walking alone.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and exploring your feelings while feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the following session to make these goals a reality for you. We will work together to figure it out.
