Great to meet you!

I know you're ready to finally address those feelings and issues that keep you from moving forward. You're ready to focus on your personal growth and healing, so you can have great relationships and the life you desire. I'm ready too! As a licensed therapist, I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions that prevent individuals and couples from showing up in their lives as their best selves.

My approach to therapy

I use a candid and encouraging approach, that helps my clients get to the core of the issues that are preventing them from implementing change. I believe therapy can also be fun but understand that it is a challenging process. I try my best to build a healthy and collaborative relationship with my clients so they can feel comfortable sharing.

What you can expect from me

Our initial sessions will be about identifying your goals for therapy and gathering information that will help us build a therapeutic relationship. You can expect to be challenged, empowered, and validated throughout our sessions. Let’s breakthrough the barriers holding you back, so you can step into the life you deserve.
