My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, nurturing, and non judgmental. I draw from humanistic therapy, positive psychology, behavioral therapy, traditional psychotherapy, mindfulness, and meditation to create care that fits your unique needs. Through creative therapeutic experiences, we can explore emotions, process difficult experiences, build coping skills, increase self awareness, and strengthen your confidence. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing practical tools for lasting growth and wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope to change. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths, goals, and the areas where you want support. You can expect a warm, confidential environment where there is no judgment and your experiences are respected. We will create a personalized path forward at a pace that feels right for you.
