My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where clients are empowered to take charge of their healing and growth. Within the structure of a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients can access their inner strengths and create meaningful change in their lives.

Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-Educational Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, I tailor my approach to meet each individual’s needs. My work is grounded in the belief that clients have the capacity to make choices that shape their lives. Through therapy, they will explore the boundaries of what they can control and develop the tools to navigate what they cannot.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a partnership, and meaningful change requires commitment and effort. I foster a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals. Through this collaborative process, you will gain clarity on your primary concerns, identify personal strengths, and develop actionable steps toward your aspirations.

You can expect to engage in self-reflection, complete therapeutic homework, and take accountability for your growth. My role is to guide, support, and challenge you in a way that encourages personal insight and progress. Together, we will work toward building resilience, fostering self-awareness, and creating lasting change.
