Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Illinois. I provide telehealth therapy for women who feel stuck in survival mode—whether that looks like anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or feeling like your nervous system never fully shuts off.

Many of the women I work with carry the impact of “little t” trauma—experiences that may have been quiet or overlooked, but still shaped how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world. My approach is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed, blending practical tools with deeper healing work. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more regulated, confident, and connected to yourself again.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a free 15-minute consult so we can see if it feels like a good fit. If there's not availability on my calendar for your preferred time/date, please call/email me.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy blends clinical insight with real-life understanding. I specialize in supporting women who feel stuck in survival mode—those who’ve been holding it all together for a long time, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

I work with many women who carry the impact of “little t” trauma—experiences that may not seem “big enough” to count, yet still shaped the nervous system, self-worth, boundaries, and relationships. If you struggle with people-pleasing, overthinking, hypervigilance, or feeling like you can’t truly rest, you’re not alone—and there is a way through.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more regulated and grounded, building practical tools you can use in everyday life while also exploring the deeper patterns that keep you stuck. Therapy doesn’t have to be intense to be effective—it can be steady, supportive, and paced in a way that feels safe for you.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can finally breathe. I’ll meet you with respect, compassion, and a steady presence—especially if you’ve spent a long time feeling like you have to hold everything together on your own.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to fit your nervous system, not forced or rushed. We’ll focus on practical support you can use in real life, while also creating space to understand the deeper patterns underneath anxiety, burnout, and survival mode. My goal is for you to feel more regulated, more connected to yourself, and more confident in how you move through the world.

You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to support you.

I offer a free 10-minute consult so we can see if it feels like a good fit.
