Great to meet you!

Sometimes life changes in ways you never expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, the transition into parenthood, or the emotional demands of caring for others, it's easy to lose sight of yourself while trying to keep everything together. You don't have to face those challenges alone. For more than 20 years, I've partnered with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma, helping them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and rediscover hope during life's most difficult seasons. Working with children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to move toward lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, thought patterns, and relationships that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you better understand yourself while creating healthier ways of responding to life's challenges both inside and outside of our sessions. My approach incorporates Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) because every client deserves care that is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in approaches that best fit their unique goals. Together, we can work through PTSD, stress management, relationship issues, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), emotional regulation, family conflict, life transitions, maternal mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who combines compassion with more than two decades of experience helping people navigate life's most difficult moments. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and move through challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're healing from trauma, coping with grief, adjusting to motherhood, managing anxiety or depression, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more hopeful, more resilient, and confident in your ability to embrace the next chapter of your life.
