Great to meet you!

I’m Christine Bilé, LICSW. Before private practice, I served as a medical social worker in emergency rooms and a Level-One Trauma Center, supporting people through their most critical moments. I also have deep experience in substance use rehabilitation. This background allows me to stay calm and focused, no matter what you’re walking through.

Today, I work with ambitious adult creatives and professionals (18+) in MA and ME using CBT, DBT skills, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether we’re working on distress tolerance or communication strategies, my goal is to provide a collaborative space where you feel empowered to manage stress and achieve meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

I strive to meet clients where they are, exploring the issues that feel most pressing while seeing them as whole individuals with strengths and resilience. I engage clients in creating treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals, using evidence-based practices to help them achieve meaningful change. My focus is on providing a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of empowerment and self-reflection, as well as tangible goals and practical coping skills. My aim is to help clients manage their symptoms, build resilience, and make meaningful progress toward the changes they want in their lives.
