I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and my Master's of Education Counseling from the University of Houston- Victoria. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strive to continuously seek ongoing updates to my skills, certifications and knowledge base.

My approach to therapy

I use a solution focused, collaborative, strength-based approach that is guided by the personal needs of the client to help individuals gain a better understanding of how thoughts impact emotions and behaviors. I help to provide clients the opportunity to learn a variety of behavioral techniques and cognitive strategies and magnify existing strengths.
