Great to meet you!
Christine is passionate about working with clients to address struggles such as depression, anxiety, trauma, illness, life transitions, stress management and cross-cultural issues. She offers individual, couples and family counseling services. Using a trauma-informed approach, Christine seeks to build rapport and make authentic connections with members by providing a safe space to process painful life events to achieve self-awareness and healing. In addition, she seeks to explore root causes and negative core beliefs that can impact thoughts, feelings, and maladaptive behaviors.
As a former oncology social worker and cancer survivor, she advocates for providing mental health support to members facing life-threatening illness or survivorship. In addition, Christine seeks to be culturally responsive and mindful of the complex challenges and needs of the clients she serves. She completed her undergraduate degree at Penn State University and obtained her master’s degree in social work at Florida Gulf Coast University.
