Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelors degree and Masters Degree in Psychology. I have worked in Behavioral Health for over 28 years. My focus for the past 22 years has been in Infant Mental Health. I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy and am an Endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor-Clinical via the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health. I am a registered Parent Educator for Circle of Security parenting and a Certified Infant Massage Coach. I am also trained in the Families Moving Forward Program which treats children with prenatal alcohol exposure and their caregivers.

My approach to therapy

I have always believed one of the best traits of a counselor is curiosity. When I start working with a family, I want to hear them, and take my time to understand what is going on with them.

What you can expect from me

Most of the work I do focuses on children and their needs and how to help parents and caregivers identify and meet those needs. Much of my focus is on repairing ruptured relationships and understanding behavior as communication.
