Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a healthy part of life. A journey of introspection, healing and growth. I frequently work with clients who are Neurodivergent and have been through complex trauma. Given my own Neurodivergence and life experience, I can empathize while guiding you through your therapeutic experience. I prioritize ensuring that clients feel safe and understood.

Currently I have bi-weekly openings as of 4/13 at 11:30AM and 4/16 at 2:30PM bi-weekly. Please contact me if you are looking for a session outside of these times.

My approach to therapy

I value taking a holistic approach to therapy. My style integrates various modalities with a primary use of IFS (Internal Family Systems). This modality facilitates a new relationship to yourself. My style is relational, holistic and psychodynamic. Incorporating both the mind & body. I provide clients with explanations of the specific modalities, along with psychoeducation about neurobiology. The modalities include Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation, some DBT & CBT [trauma-focused]. I will be adding hypnosis (hypnotherapy) as of May 2026.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients on feeling empowered, more connected to yourself and your intuition. We explore to get to the root of the issue, gain a deeper understanding of yourself & your behavior in order to make lasting change.
