I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and chronic stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts, persistent worry, panic attacks, mood changes, burnout, or difficulty managing emotions in their daily lives.
