Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and chronic stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts, persistent worry, panic attacks, mood changes, burnout, or difficulty managing emotions in their daily lives. You may feel stuck in negative thought patterns, struggling with low self-esteem, navigating grief or life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others.

I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore what’s contributing to your emotional distress while building practical tools for meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies. We will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, especially in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship stress.

Together, we’ll identify triggers, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build coping skills that reduce emotional overwhelm and increase resilience. I believe therapy should feel empowering as well as validating. You can expect a balance of support and gentle challenge as we work toward sustainable, long-term growth that improves mood stability, communication, and overall life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share what has been weighing on you and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll discuss the symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing — whether that includes anxiety, low mood, trauma-related stress, relationship conflict, or difficulty managing overwhelming emotions.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin outlining a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and priorities. My intention is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the direction of our work together.
