Hi. My name is Christine and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Originally from New Jersey, currently in the sunny state of Arizona. I attended Rutgers's University to obtain a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Life can become challenging at times. My passion is helping people through their struggles and getting back to a better quality of life.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy focusing on all aspects of wellness. Due to the uniqueness of every individual, I believe in meeting a client exactly where they are at and moving forward from there.
A first session with me is typically an intake and assessment. I like to call it the "get to know you" session. This first session is super important in learning what's troubling you and how I can best help you on your journey. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
