Great to meet you!

Life is about perspective. Helping clients break free of their negativity bias helps them work through every day struggles with a fresh perspective. We all need a sensitive ear from time to time to listen to our struggles. Through the approach I give to clients, I not only provide that sensitive ear, but help develop tools to manage whatever life gives.

A graduate of Villanova University Christine uses her personal life experiences ranging from childhood in NYC, Veteran in the US Air Force to school counselor in K8 schools. She earned her master’s degree from Rowan University and opened her first practice in NJ before expanding to SC and Ohio.

My approach to therapy

Using a combination of Solution Focus Therapy Mindfulness and CBT, Christine creates an individualized plan that best fits the needs of each individual. So often in life individuals become focused on the problems rather than searching viable solutions. Utilizing Mindfulness with Solution Focus Christine helps individuals accept their past as a fact, and help them to stay present and focus on what they can control. Helping individuals find their inner peace and happiness they are in search of.

Christine is excited to now offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy—an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional weight. EMDR can be effective for trauma, anxiety, panic, grief, phobias, and other experiences that continue to impact daily life.

Healing isn't about forgetting what happened—it's about helping your nervous system recognize that you are safe now.

What you can expect from me

Christine helps individuals see life as being about perspective. This is no right or wrong when it comes to individual opinion. Helping clients break free of their negativity bias helps them work through every day struggles with a fresh perspective. We all need a sensitive ear from time to time to listen to our struggles. Through the approach Christine gives clients, she not only provides that sensitive ear, but helps develop tools to manage whatever life throws at you in the future.
