Great to meet you!

Healing doesn't always happen through insight alone. Lasting change often requires helping both the mind and nervous system feel safe again.

For more than 12 years, I've integrated mind-body approaches into my work, helping clients understand the powerful connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Today, I specialize in integrating EMDR, somatic therapy, and EFT tapping, along with other evidence-based psychotherapies, to help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, phobias, and other challenges.

Many of my clients seek therapy after feeling stuck in traditional talk therapy. By integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body approaches, I help clients move beyond simply understanding their experiences to creating meaningful, lasting change.

Having grown up internationally, I understand how culture, identity, and life experiences influence emotional well-being. Before becoming a therapist, I worked professionally in the arts, and that creative foundation continues to influence my practice. I believe therapy should be individualized rather than one-size-fits-all, so I tailor treatment to each client's unique strengths, personality, and goals.

I also offer EMDR Intensives for clients seeking focused, extended sessions that allow for deeper processing and meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.

My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe lasting healing occurs when we address both the emotional and physical effects of stress, trauma, and anxiety—not just the symptoms.

I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, regulate the nervous system, and build lasting resilience.

Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan based on their goals, strengths, and life experiences. Whether we're meeting through traditional weekly therapy or an EMDR Intensive, my goal is to help you create meaningful, lasting change—not simply temporary symptom relief.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable from the very first session. We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your goals, and identifying the challenges you'd like to address.

Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs and discuss the approaches that may best support your healing, including EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT tapping, or other evidence-based therapies when appropriate.

You'll leave the session with a clearer understanding of how we'll work together and a treatment plan designed to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
