Great to meet you!

I've been a Social Worker since 2nd grade-always first in line to give a hug, support friends, and share snacks. In college, I took "Intro to Social Work", and I've never looked back. My career officially started in Addictions, and with my post-graduate studies in Structural Family Therapy, I've honed in my therapeutic skills. I've worked in a variety of settings, most recently as a Veterinary Social Worker. Logic, humor, and animals (preferably dogs!) are the cornerstone tools of my work.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I specialize in diverse approaches like cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, & humanistic therapy. I'll tailor my approach to your unique needs, offering individual, couples, or group therapy as needed. Let's work together for effective, meaningful support & growth.

What you can expect from me

Seeking help is tough, but I'm here to listen, support & guide with empathy. I care about your well-being & am dedicated to helping you overcome challenges. Take the first step towards healing & self-discovery. Together, let's build a brighter future. You're not alone; I'm here for you.
