Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) specializing in helping adults navigate intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and perfectionism. I have advanced training in treating OCD and co-occurring disorders such as ADHD and other anxiety disorders. I also have extensive experience working within the LGBTQ community regarding a variety of concerns, and I strive to provide a space that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in two main areas: treating anxiety disorders, and providing affirming care to members of the LGBTQ community.

My clinical work has focused extensively on OCD, and I use approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also understand how overlapping conditions like ADHD and other forms of anxiety can complicate the picture, and I tailor treatment to address the whole experience.

I also bring comprehensive experience to working with clients across the spectrums of sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship structures. My goal is to offer a space that is affirming, grounded, and informed by both clinical expertise and lived understanding.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is eclectic and intentionally tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. At the core of my work is a person-centered foundation—I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and that meaningful change happens through collaboration, not prescription. I bring unconditional positive regard, structure, psychoeducation, and steady motivation to the therapeutic space, while maintaining warmth, patience, and a healthy dose of humor. Whether we’re deep in processing or working through concrete goals, I aim to meet clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
