Great to meet you!
My passion throughout my career has been helping individuals create meaningful change and improve their quality of life. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
I am experienced at many different therapeutic techniques to facilitate a better understanding of the challenges you are facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to support lasting change.
I began my career in Treatment Alternatives to Prison Programs in 1993 and have continued to grow my experience in mental health and addiction counseling. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2006 and Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University in 2017. In 2021, I became a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) and completed the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward greater understanding, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
