Great to meet you!

I'm licensed in Florida and New York and hold a PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. I have over 18 years of extensive experience helping adults, families, and couples from diverse cultures.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I utilize holistic and systemic approaches to help you better understand your presenting issues. During our initial session, we will explore the reasons that led you to therapy and determine the best methods to facilitate your growth. Using an evidence-based framework, I will analyze generational behavioral patterns to provide you with deeper insights into the challenges and issues you encounter.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief and loss related to their health, relationships, family, or social systems. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them that will be most helpful to you. Most of my clients experience hopefulness and sustained improvement thereafter.
