Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling in 2012 and a post graduate certificate in Health Psychology. Throughout my counseling career I have had the opportunity to work with a culturally, socially and economically diverse cliental. I have worked with clients with various struggles such as codependency, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, traumatic brain injuries, grief and loss.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that each person is uniquely different and thrives with individualized counseling. I believe the best approach to counseling is through open dialogue and exploring what works best for you. Throughout our sessions we will work together to explore unresolved issues from your past, current life stressors and how to move forward to become your best self.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you have identified what is causing you distress or unhappiness in your current state or not we can work together to implement a treatment plan to assist you in accomplishing a happier, healthier life. I look forward to getting to know you and assist you on your journey.
