Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Christine Ewald, a Licensed Professional Counselor, with more than 2 decades of experience with a Master's Degree, counseling in schools, treatment centers, hospitals, and clinics. I've successfully treated thousands of clients. My specialties are in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and life transitions for men and women. I believe that we all have a need to feel truly heard and understood in a safe and supportive space. Through my warm and non-judgmental approach, we can explore your past experiences to enable you to develop new perspectives, identify strengths and develop healthy coping strategies to live your best life. Let's start that journey together.

My approach to therapy

With my gentle and curious approach, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other Trauma Focused Therapies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you move toward your desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will explore your history, strengths, and challenges that may be interfering in your ability to live your best life. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy, determine your desired outcomes and determine if we are a good match.
