Great to meet you!

I have dedicated my career to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I treat mood disorders, behavioral issues, parenting concerns, and a wide range of mental health needs. I work with children as young as three through adulthood and welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures, including LGBTQ+ clients and their families.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, empowering, and open‐minded. I use a strengths‐based, collaborative approach grounded in evidence‐based practices. Drawing from solution‐focused and cognitive behavioral modalities, I help clients build practical skills, deepen insight, and move toward meaningful change. I also incorporate behavioral therapy, play therapy, and behavior‐modification strategies when working with children and adolescents.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard and understood. I take time to learn about your goals, strengths, and challenges so we can create a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful. Therapy is a personal journey, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you connect with your true self and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
