Great to meet you!

My specialty is in working with LGBTQ+ clients, especially young adults. I also enjoy working with children of immigrants who may be navigating multiple cultural values and balancing familial responsibility with independence. My aim is to make my practice a soft place to land when you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or unsure of what's next.

If any of this calls to you, reach out so we can have a phone consultation. This is where you can get a better sense of who I am, how it feels to speak with me, and share what's bringing you to therapy. I would be honored to walk along side you for parts of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in LGBTQ+ affirming care. My style is collaborative and warm, gently challenging clients when needed, and meeting you where you are. I use a multidisciplinary approach for us to find what works best for you. Techniques include ACT, CBT, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed and multiculturally-informed care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. I want to hear what's bringing you in and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; you can share as much or as little as feels right. By the end, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard and have a clear sense of what working together could look like.
