Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tina — and I’m here to support you on your path to wellness.

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified ADHD practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals and couples facing ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, depression, and more. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based methods, always keeping your goals at the center. Whether we’re working on managing symptoms, building coping strategies, or strengthening relationships, you’ll have a plan designed for your unique needs — and you’ll always be in control of your journey.

My approach to therapy

Although my approach is integrative and person-centered, I most often utilize ACT, CBT, mindfulness, supportive, strength-based and couples therapy techniques within my sessions.

What you can expect from me

Enhanced coping skills, education and insight into their condition, alternative perspectives on issues and support/validation.
