Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tina — and I’m here to support you on your path to wellness.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD (I'm a certified ADHD practitioner), anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, depression, and more. My goal is to create a supportive, flexible space where you can feel safe to explore your challenges, clarify your goals, and make meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy works best when it's built on a foundation of trust and collaboration. My style is integrative and person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based therapy, supportive therapy, and couples work. Every plan is tailored to your specific needs, empowering you to stay in control of your journey and the steps you take along the way.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a senior adjunct professor at a local university, teaching in the social work program and providing supervision to emerging professionals in the field. Outside of work, I’m a mom to four wonderful kids and a lifelong learner. I recharge through reading, Pilates, grounding exercises, and long walks or hikes in nature.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Although my approach is integrative and person-centered, I most often utilize CBT, mindfulness, supportive, strength-based and couples therapy techniques within my sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Enhanced coping skills, education and insight into their condition, alternative perspectives on issues and support/validation.
