Great to meet you!

With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I help adults find hope, healing, and renewed purpose through a Biblically grounded therapeutic approach. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, or the impact of past trauma, I offer compassionate support tailored to your unique experience. Together, we can work toward emotional wellness and stronger relationships.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a partnership, providing a supportive and compassionate space where healing can occur. Together, we will explore challenges, address unhealthy patterns, strengthen coping skills, and promote positive change. Through a faith based grounded perspective, I help clients align emotional healing with their faith and personal values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. This is also a time for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from the counseling process. Together, we'll begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
